Letter M: Ball and Chain

M is PHYSICAL; this means this letter requires a lot of physical strength and vitality and pertains to things of physical evidence. If you have the Letter M in your birth name, you are balancing out specific behaviors and areas of your life (finances, health, self-image, ego, etc.). Transit Letter M requires that you learn to handle multiple responsibilities down to the minute detail. At some point, your home, family matters, finances, health, legal matters, employment and personal investments require practical decisions to be made.

The burdens you experience are because of impulsiveness and acting without proper consideration of the consequences of things such as inflexible work hours, business travel, shift work, the amount of money needed to sustain a certain level of living, etc. Eventually, during this time of restraining burdens, you recognize that it is time to be accountable for your actions and be more self-controlled. You learn to be more organized and not spend your time on things that harm you or do not contribute to a better way of life. You learn that quality of life is more important than quantity.

Bear in mind that the positive, negative, and damaging traits of a number/letter are the consequences of your attitude and actions, which, thereby, shape your life experiences for better or worse. Knowing what and when to expect can make it easier to accept and act per the cycles delineated by the letters in your name.

As shown by the appearance, the Letter M is robust and strongly made, an indication that at some time in your life, you have to be strong-willed, hard-working and thorough. During the Transit Letter M, you learn big lessons about your aspirations and what it takes to keep up with what is important to you, and what it takes to maintain your needs.

You have the wrong idea about a job that turns out to be a ball and chain, but you need the money.

Usually, you blame everyone else for the limitations you perceive in life, and you continually complain, expecting others to be accountable and responsible instead of you and frequently feel overwhelmed by the limitless restrictions in your life. During this time, your efforts are far less effective. Even though you are working harder, life seems to be stacked against you and making it frustrating when it comes to money while increasing the pressures at work and home. Remember, during a four-year Transit Letter M, your expenses cannot be predicted, and generally, living expenses are higher.

Letter M correlates to the Karmic Debt Number 13, a testing vibration.

If you have more than one Letter M in your name, this can be a destabilizing factor; thereby, you must always show great care and attention to detail. Until you make a conscious effort to do so, the Universe places obstacles in your path to encourage you to be more accountable or accommodating in a particular area of your life. If you have the Karmic Debt Letters M, N, and P in your birth name, this indicates that there are reconstructive times in your life; these letter transits have a powerful effect and are also typically life-changing years that require you to make life-changing decisions.

Letter M has less concern with making money and more of an interest in how well you manage your money and resources. Because Letter M is a Karmic Debt, it intensifies any issues experienced during its transit.

During a Transit Letter M, you probably feel as if you are having a spell of bad luck, self-conscious, confused, oppressed, broken dreams, and lacking in purpose. You might feel stuck in a career, a place of residence, perplexed about life, unbalanced, irrational, heartless and don’t quite know why. Some folks learn to be at peace while following a destructive path, even if it means they'll lose it all. Deciding on a destructive way is usually true if Letter N and Letter M are activated at the same time.

M denotes a cycle of transformations, added responsibilities, and, eventually, a shift in consciousness that proves to be good for you. As you would expect, short names such as the name 'Amy' go through the experiences of the Letter M many times in their lifetime, to be exact, every nine years.

M is concerned with your future foundation and helping you understand that ego needs and a lack of moderation will chain a heavy iron ball to your leg.

Everybody will not have the Letter M in their birth name. If you do, it’s a four-year period in your life wherein you must be clued into your budget and four years when there are constant changes and instability, with outcomes that are rarely what you desire. Changes can be nerve-racking, so be careful not to over-analyze everything. Keep in mind that once this cycle is completed, you'll have a better understanding of your motivations in life and how your decisions impact your day-to-day life.

At times, it seems as if nothing in life will ever balance out, so why keep putting forth the effort – let the chips fall wherever they may?

Unlike Letter D, Letter M has more to do with the process of change and hard physical work. During a Transit Letter M, beware of unanticipated happenings that cause financial losses or punishing changes in family relationships, health (Health concerns are mainly if you are age 40 and older.), home life, finances, investments, employment and operating expenses.

Like all letters that show a relationship to Karmic Debt, the Letter M is four years in your life of fluctuations, unpredictability, uncertainty and abrupt changes that produce menacing situations and stress. During a Transit Letter M, there is a need for plodding hard work and flexibility. You will likely feel overburdened, dissatisfied and restricted, thus causing impaired and inflated situations that have unavoidable consequences.

M, a Karmic Debt Letter can be a very powerful positive vibration, but it can also be a vibration of upheaval and ruin if “physical strength and force” are wrongly used. Letter M can produce unexpected new opportunities, most often employment opportunities or upgraded positions. Letter M also produces changes that reshape your life: a home purchase, apartment lease agreement, retirement, childcare fees, separation/divorce, the cost of a private school, the cost of college tuition, child support payments, the death of a loved one, a relocation, etc.

Know that a Letter M Transit is a period wherein you work twice as hard yet, get fewer results. Physical mishaps are possible – watch your health (mainly if you are age 40 and older).

Letter M, like Number 13, produces sweeping changes that are inescapable, so the sooner you accept the inevitable, the better.

As part of the scheme of things, many of the superficial, external things that were once important to you are no longer desirable. This is a period when you learn to deal with things in actual fact and not take off on a flight of fancy. There is always a responsibility of some kind that restricts your freedom or limits your possibilities for personal leisure pursuits.

Be careful; during this four-year Letter M Transit, you are at risk of losing all you have built up! The sooner you become conscious of where the dissatisfaction with life stems from, the better. Now that you are out on a limb for four or eight continuous years, what do you need to rework to reinforce the home base, health, business or the source of revenue that is necessary for the future?
