Paris Bennett is born on October 10, 1993. On February 5, 2007, 13-year-old Paris brutally killed his 4-year-old sister, his Personal Year 11/2.
After sexually assaulting his sister Ella, Paris decided to kill her to hide the sexual abuse — stabbing her 17 times. After the murder, he called 911 and took full responsibility for the heinous crime.
Unsurprisingly, the sexual assault and murder occurred at address 817 = 8 + 1 + 7 = 16.
Paris is serving a 40-year prison sentence for killing his sister. His release date is February 5, 2047, and he'll be 54 years old. Purportedly, he could be certified for parole in 2027, at age 34.

Sometimes it's just that nobody wants to deal with the problem or doesn't want to believe that mental illness is possible.
Be that as it may, transit 19, which lasts for 3+ years and recurs at intermittent intervals, can be an indication of a psychopath or a sociopath. Shorter periods that last 1–3 years are more symptomatic of a person who is a compulsive liar, mean-spirited, accusatory, manipulative, cunning, and drunk on ego.
As you would expect, Karmic Debt 19 isn't the only transit that indicates a potential for a mental disorder.
