Warm water fuels tropical systems! The 2024 Atlantic hurricane season will be one of the most active in history. AccuWeather experts predict 20-25 named storms and two new names.
The Texas coast, Florida Panhandle, South Florida, and the Carolinas are at a higher-than-average risk of direct impacts this season.
The 2020 season is on par with the historic 2005 season, both of which experienced the highest number of named storms, 30. The Atlantic hurricane season begins on June 1 and ends on November 30, which numerically means the season has energies of 8 and 9.
The scene is being set for a turbulent year in the tropics, one that could approach a record-setting pace that may exhaust the entire list of names for tropical storms and hurricanes -- and then some.
Starting in October 2024, enemies 8 and 9 will engage in a fierce conflict over control. For this reason, the period from October 2024 to January 2025 is expected to be turbulent. STAY SAFE. Learning how to protect yourself from high winds, flooding, and massive storm surges during a hurricane is a must for 2024.
The four master number storms highlighted in red have the potential to wreak havoc.
We don't have meteorological expertise; we rely solely on the energy of numbers to make our forecasts. Based on the energies of 8 and 9, we've highlighted the three storms in blue that we believe can become dangerous hurricanes; we should watch for them. Please remain vigilant even though we are uncertain about the six storms highlighted in green. Ernesto's potential impact could lead to significant challenges afterward, especially if it intensifies into a hurricane.
