Marilyn Mosby served as the State's Attorney for Baltimore from 2015 to 2023. She gained national attention following the killing of Freddie Gray in 2015, after which she led an investigation into the officers who arrested Gray.
Events in 2024 are in character with 8 and can have a profound impact on the dynamics within families.
Not one, but two federal trials will change Mosby's life. She was convicted on two counts of perjury (November 9, 2023) and one count of mortgage fraud (February 6, 2024).
In her 2022 Personal Year, 11/2, something came out of nowhere. In January 2022, Mosby was indicted by a federal grand jury on four counts of perjury and making false statements on loan applications. The former attorney faced charges for allegedly taking funds from a COVID-19 financial assistance program. After being accused, she denied all allegations against her. However, she still lost her re-election bid to Ivan Bates.
Mosby was convicted of perjury for falsely claiming COVID-19 hardships and withdrawing $40,000 and $50,000 from her deferred compensation fund. In that trial, jurors determined that she did not experience financial difficulties during the pandemic and received her full gross salary of nearly $248,000 from January 1, 2020, to December 29, 2020, in bi-weekly gross pay direct deposits of almost $9,200.
In Mosby's second trial, she faced charges of real-estate fraud related to the purchase of a house in Kissimmee, Florida, in September 2020 and a condominium in Longboat Key, Florida, in February 2021. Prosecutors alleged that Mosby provided false information on her mortgage application for the Florida properties, including a statement that she had no tax liability. The trial ended with a split verdict. The jury acquitted her of a second charge of making a false mortgage application in connection to a vacation home she purchased in Kissimmee, Florida.
Mosby was born January 22, 1980, which makes her a Life Number 5, and 2024 is the 4th year of her Third Pinnacle 9. The illegal activities took place in her Second Pinnacle 4, which lasted from 2012 to 2020.

She could face a maximum sentence of five years for each of the two counts of perjury and a maximum of 30 years for making a false mortgage application. Judging by the numbers, Mosby might only get a couple of years if she gets any jail time at all.
